Nelly drives sustainability in collaboration with a range of initiatives and stakeholders.
Scandinavian Textile Initiative for Climate Action
The Scandinavian Textile Initiative for Climate Action (STICA) supports the Nordic textile industry in its efforts to reduce climate impact through collaboration, sharing of knowledge and common tools. Nelly has been a member since the start in 2019 and the membership forms the basis of Nelly's climate work. Nelly has committed to reduce its climate impact in line with the 1.5 degree target and report emissions in accordance with the GHG protocol.

Sustainable Fashion Academy
The Sustainable Fashion Academy (SFA) is a non-profit organization within the Scandinavian Textile Initiative for Climate Action Textile Initiative for Climate Action (STICA) with the mission to accelerate progress towards science-based sustainability goals and the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), by harnessing the power and influence of the clothing and textile industry. In the EU, a number of environmental regulations and social policies are being developed, placing high demands on brands and manufacturers. Through the SFA, companies are supported to increase knowledge of upcoming legislation, policies and leading practices in the field of sustainability and accelerate the process of reducing climate impact.

Amfori BSCI
Amfori BSCI works to improve working conditions in the global supply chain. Amfori has 2000 members and supports companies in creating an ethical supply chain through collaboration, knowledge sharing and common tools. Nelly has been a member since 2018 and requires suppliers to sign Amfori's code of conduct. The membership gives Nelly the opportunity to influence decision-makers and lawmakers in the EU regarding fair trade and human rights.

Better Cotton
Better Cotton is a non-profit organization that aims to improve global cotton production by making it better for the environment and the people who work in production. Better Cotton educates cotton farmers all over the world to use more environmentally friendly farming methods. Nelly has been a member since 2019 and is committed to report targets and annual purchase volumes to the organization.

CSR Västsverige
CSR Västsverige is a sustainability network that offers its members help with processes for strategic and systematic sustainability work. They offer courses, seminars and network meetings for companies and organizations with a focus on the exchange of experiences.

Human Bridge
Human Bridge is an aid organization that works to help people around the world in various crisis situations. Human Bridge collects textiles that are sorted. The money generated goes to various aid efforts. Since 2018, Nelly has collaborated with Human Bridge by donating items from sample handling and/or have become defective in production.

Swedish Shoe Environmental Initiative
The Swedish Shoe Environmental Initiative (SSEI) is a network within the Swedish shoe industry. The goal is to increase knowledge about environmental issues with a focus on shoe manufacturing. Through seminars and networking activities, the network provides the opportunity to discuss with other actors in the industry.

The Textile Importers Association
The Textile Importers Association is a trade association for all those involved in the trade of textiles, leather goods, clothing and footwear. They provide industry-specific services to member companies and help control all aspects of trade in these goods with focus areas in sustainability, textile labeling, customs issues and chemical management.

The International Accord
The International Accord is an independent, legally binding agreement between brands and trade unions containing commitments to ensure a safe and healthy textile industry in Bangladesh, and working to establish worker protection programs in more countries producing textiles and garments. The goal is to enable a working environment where no employee has to fear fires, building collapses or other workplace accidents that can be prevented with adequate health and safety measures.
