At Nelly Flagship Store, you have a 14-day return or exchange policy for in-store purchases. This policy is applicable only to unused products with the labels still attached and upon presentation of the receipt. Refunds will be issued to the same card used for payment. Items purchased in the store can only be returned, exchanged, or claimed for warranty in the store, with the presentation of a receipt. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for products purchased online in the store.
For hygiene reasons, the return/exchange policy only applies to unopened packaging for jewelry, swimwear, and underwear.
Nelly Flagship Store is a cashless establishment.
Store credit vouchers are only valid in the store and are valid for one year.
Member offers and other promotions may vary between online and Nelly Flagship Store. Most offers are applicable for online purchases at Nelly.com. Offers are only valid at Nelly Flagship Store if specified. Nelly Flagship Store may have local campaigns that are exclusively valid in-store.
We do not sell or accept gift cards as payment at Nelly Flagship Store. Gift cards purchased online at Nelly.com are valid online only and cannot be used in the store.
