Sustainable Materials
An important part of our sustainability strategy is increasing the share of sustainable materials we offer on Nelly and NLY MAN. Our goal is to have over 50% of textile products to be made of sustainable material by 2025.

Quality Control
To reduce the environmental impact, it is of the utmost importance that the items are made of good quality that will keep for a long time. In 2018 we implemented new processes to make sure our own brands meet our quality requirements, with the aim of increasing the lifespan of our products. During 2019, we also introduced a third-party review at the factories that manufacture our products in order to ensure equal production.
Chemical Control
We demand our suppliers deliver products that do not contain prohibited, unhealthy or environmentally harmful chemicals. The suppliers are contractually obligated to follow the current chemical regulations.
The regulations are based on the EU-law REACH, national law and the Textile Importers' Chemical Guide, which is updated twice a year.
Random testing is done to ensure compliance with the requirements. If a product fails a chemical test, the order is stopped and a dialogue is held with the supplier to secure future production.
Animal Rights
We take a stand for animal welfare, so demands on products with animal origin are important to us.
Fur-free Products
We support fur-free trade, which means we do not sell any products that contain fur.
