Do as follows:
Apply lotion 20 minutes before sun exposure. To protect your entire body, use at least an amount that equivalents 3 tablespoons of the sun lotion. Reapply your sunscreen regularly to maintain protection, preferably every 80 minutes or after bathing / drying with a towel. Don't forget to apply to your knees, elbows and feet.
Protect infants and young children from direct sunlight. Use clothing and sun products with a very high sun protection factor (minimum SPF25) for infants and young children.
