Step 1: Apply the clump-free mascara from the outer lashes inward, with light strokes. Step 2: Continue to apply until achieving the desired volume. Step 3: Let dry for 1 minute. To remove: Splash warm water on the eye area and gently massage or use makeup remover on a cotton pad to clean the eye area.
