SLIP-IN SANDALS FOR WOMEN

A must-have every summer is a pair of practical slip-in sandals for women. There is nothing worse than having to fiddle with shoelaces only to realize that sneakers are too hot. Or struggling with annoying Velcro straps or slipping into a pair of lovely ballerina shoes only to realize that you have two sand beaches in your shoes.

Advantages of Slip-in Sandals

One of the most convenient things is to be able to slide your feet into your shoes when you're in a hurry. Equally practical is being able to quickly kick off your shoes. Comfortable sandals without a heel strap fulfill this. It also reduces the risk of blisters by not having anything constantly rubbing against your heel.

Comfortable Sandals with Heels

Do you want to be comfortable but still a little extra stylish? Then slip-in sandals with heels are a must! Slip-in sandals with heels often have a much more stable platform. Usually, a block-shaped heel that is not quite as high as classic high heels. This makes them both easier to walk in and more comfortable to wear.

When Slip-in Sandals are Appropriate

Sandals in general are probably the ultimate footwear you can wear, but there are some places they fit better than others. Slip-in sandals may not be suitable for formal occasions unless they have heels. But classic slip-in sandals are great for the beach, when taking out the trash, at work, etc.

Dress up Your Slip-in Sandals

The best thing about slip-in sandals is that they are incredibly simple and neutral. How your outfit turns out depends on how you match them. So if you have a pair of slip-in sandals, with or without heels, then I recommend a pair of stylish jeans and a cropped top. It gives a lovely feeling of confidence.

When Slip-in Sandals are Not Appropriate

As I described earlier, slip-in sandals are great for many occasions, but maybe not as suitable for more formal occasions, even if they have heels. If you are going to a wedding, I would recommend not showing your toes in church. After the ceremony, however, you can switch to slip-in sandals for the wedding party.

Taking Care of Your Slip-in Sandals

Even though slip-in sandals are easy to kick off, it's easy to wear them all summer long. If you use your slip-in sandals frequently, it's important to take care of them. Start by checking what material your sandals are made of. If they are made of suede or leather, you may need to oil them. However, a pair of simple plastic sandals can simply be rinsed off. Try not to rinse the sandals in the sea, though. Seawater can be harsh on all types of materials. Use plain clean water on a damp cloth to clean your sandals. Finally, let the shoes air dry. After cleaning, your sandals will be like new and ready for more summer days!
