Do you regret your purchase? No problem. At Nelly.com/NLYman you always have a 14-day right of return, which means that within 14 days of receiving your item you need to register your return with Nelly.com/NLYman. Return cost

Within EU/UK: We charge a €9,95/£9.95/49 zł return fee per return shipment. Switzerland: You pay for return shipping when you send the package using carrier of your choice.

Products that cannot be returned

There are certain products that are exempt from the right of return and these are products with broken seals that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, cosmetic products, swimwear, hair dryers and similar products, razors and electric toothbrushes). Returns and exchanges at Nelly Flagship Store

In our Flagship Stores, you have 30 days to return or exchange your purchase in the store where you made the purchase. This applies only to unused products with the labels still attached and upon presentation of the receipt. Items purchased in our stores can only be returned, exchanged, or complained about in the store where the purchase was made and upon presentation of the receipt. Open purchase/exchange does not apply to gift cards. Refunds will be made to the same payment method (and the same card) used for payment. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or complaints about products purchased online in our stores.

For hygiene reasons, return/exchange only applies to unbroken seals for jewelry, swimwear, and underwear.

Credit notes are only valid in the store where you received them and are valid for one year.

Member offers and other offers may differ between online and in-store. Most offers are only valid for online purchases. Offers are only valid in the respective store if this is stated. Our Flagship Stores may have local promotions that are only valid in the respective store.
