When we measure our trousers we measure waist, across the backside, length of the inner leg and height of the crotch. Waist and backside are measured straight across from one side to the other side. For the circumference double the measurement. Inside leg is measured from the crotch down to the bottom of the short and the crotch height is from the top of the trousers down to the crotch.
