The iconic denim brand Wrangler was founded in 1904 by borthers CC Hudson and Homer Hudson, they were only 27 years old at the time. Wrangler has its roots in the Hudson Overall Company. With its base in North Carolina the company specialised in making working clothes out of denim. According to legend the Hudson brothers had a large railway clock hanging from the factory roof which was coloured blue. So in 1919 the company was named Bluebell. They quickly became one of the largest producers of "work and play clothes". In 1947 Blue Bell launched its pure jeans brand Wrangler "the original American denim outdoor brand" The success is now a fact more than 100 years later.
