Art Pen, gives you the opportunity to have fun and create your own personal style. Used both on clean nails and under the nail polish, and on top of dry nail polish to create decorations and French manicure on fingers and toes. Easy to use: just shake and activate by pressing the tip on a clean surface, continue with decoration or French manicure. When it dries, it must be fixed with top coat.
