Mixing Glitter from HOTmakeup is used in two steps, the first step is to apply liquid and then attach the glitter to this line. The liquid also allows the glitter to become more intense. The glitter is composed of small metallic glitter particles that are approved for use around the eye area. Used primarily as glitter eye shadow, but can also be used for body decoration, on the nails and hair. Glitter particles reflect light in different angles and gives great colour. For use around the eyes: Apply a layer of liquid on the lid, then take the glitter tip and pour a small amount of glitter in your hand and then use your finger to attach the glitter to the lid. For use on nails: Apply a base coat, sprinkle with glitter and finally apply a top coat on top. For use in the hair: Mix glitter with jelly or sprinkle some glitter on your hair and then spray in order to keep it in place.
