Liquid Eyeliner Mascara from HOTmakeup is a waterproof liquid eyeliner, mainly used as eyeliner, but can also be used for body painting or to put colour on the lashes. Apply the eyeliner from the inner eye and out with a light swipe as close to the lash line as possible. Can be used as a thin line or a thicker shade suited to the eyelid. The eyeliner can be mixed with Hot Mixing Glitter that is applied on top. The product has a good and light texture, making it extremely easy to apply yourself, for those who would otherwise find it difficult using eye liners.
