We live our life on the surface or anchored deep down in the mud. Sizes varies from a few inches to metres in length. Our reproduction is extremely rapid, sometimes causing reduction of light and oxygen while effecting the chemistry of other species. Today we are considered a serious global threat, spreading aggressively. For the last hundred years we have advanced throughout the world from our original hometowns in tropical and subtropical areas . In some places we have been banned from wandering freely. We were originally introduced as a luxurious ornament because of our asexual beauty and strong scent. Our favorite color is a striking light blue to shades of violet & purple.
