How long does delivery take?
If the goods are in stock we aim to deliver within 3-7 working days. If there is a delay or an error at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible. Orders are delivered between office hours (8am-5pm) Monday to Friday.
How much is the shipping?
There is a single delivery fee of €5 for all orders.
Can I change/cancel an order?
Unfortunately we can not make changes or cancel orders that already exist. The reason is that we process orders the same day as they are made. This does not affect your statutory rights to return items.
I have not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer services to check that your order has been successful.
Can I return an item?
Yes, as a customer you always have 14 days to return items at Nelly.com/Nlyman.com. We follow the distance selling regulations.
You should enclose the original packaging and any brand tags when you return goods. Fill in the return slip provided with your goods and send your parcel to the address below. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. However for defective or incorrect products, please contact customer service who will arrange a free return for you.

Where is my order?
If you have not received your order within 3-7 working days, you will receive a notice regarding the delay. It may be that your item has to be back-ordered or that it is just slightly delayed due to the high load Nelly.com/Nlyman.com is currently experiencing. If you have not received your order within 7 working days after receiving a delivery update from us, we ask you to contact our customer service team so we can check what has happened.
Do you restock items once they have been sold out?
It depends on the particular item. If it is a product that comes from our regular range it is most likely that it will be re-stocked. If there is a specific product that you are seeking, then you are always welcome to get in touch with our customer service team and we will check this for you.
