Terms of Delivery

Normal delivery from Nelly.com takes 3-7 days. Some products are in high demand and if sold out the warehouse staff might wait a few days if they are expecting new arrivals. Time of high traffic may lead to slightly longer delivery times.

Note! The receipt is stuck to the outside of the package.

You will receive a confirmation email from us when you order is processed. You will also receive a dispatch email when your order has left the warehouse. This will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order on the UPS website. Make sure someone is home to sign for the package otherwise UPS will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons. We want to be sure your order reaches you.

We reserve the right to end sale and for stock at our suppliers, and for any price errors that may occur. Sometimes it happens that some of the items you ordered are not in stock and become backordered. This is then due to the goods being out of stock or that the delivery is delayed. An email will be sent to you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you wish to cancel your residual listing or if you have any questions regarding delivery times, etc.

Growing is great. Sometimes there's just not enough space. At the moment we are moving our main warehouse to increase the service even more!
We are relocating to offer you a wider and more stylish selection and to pack your order quicker than anyone else. During the move we might experience slightly longer delivery times, (3-7 days) and if you have ordered more than one item there is a possibility that your order will be delivered in two packages. One from the old warehouse and one from the new. But don't worry! - Nelly will pay for the extra delivery if that should happen! Our customer service team has all the information about the move.
