
I no longer have my return receipt - what do I do?
On this receipt write your customer number, the order number and the item number of the goods you are returning.
If you have not saved the information about the item you wish to return you can simply login to "My page" and click on the relevant invoice to see all the information regarding items you have ordered.
For exchanges, you should also specify which product you wish to exchange for.

I didn't receive/misplaced my invoice - can you send me a new one?
So that we can send an order we require the delivery address. The invoice would have arrived with your delivery. However if you cannot locate it you can find the details of your purchase by logging into your Nelly customer account.
